Charmian Winser is an international teacher and practitioner, and the author of Reiki: Healing energy for mind, body and spirit. She has many years' experience of training in and teaching spiritual development of various kinds.

She was one of the first people to learn Reiki in this country. Her teachers were either trained directly by Hawayo Takata's masters or one removed.

Charmian took Level I Reiki in 1985, Level II in 1986 and became a Reiki Master in 1987. She was a co-founder of The Reiki Association, formed in 1991, and was a Board Member for 5 years.

Charmian has been developing her spiritual awareness for 40 years, meditating throughout, and has been teaching transformational techniques for over 20 years.

She became an Avatar Master in 1992. The Avatar courses relaease limitations, quicken enlightenment and enable higher states of consciousness at will.She has also attended courses in one-to-one and group counselling.

Charmian has been attuned to many high energies, and has worked with many enlightened living and Ascended Masters.
