She has attended one-to-one and group counselling courses. She has also been a licenced facilitator for the Avatar course since the early 90's. Avatar helps to release judgement, integrate limiting beliefs and feelings, and to realise one's potential both practically and spiritually. It also quickens enlightenment, raising our vibratory rate.

She has studied and practised spiritual growth for 40 years, and has a wealth of knowledge. She is also highly intuitive, and part of her training has been to be a clear channel to bring information from ascended masters, angelic realms and higher simensions generally.
